From request to first visit
- You request a site auditThrough the site audit request form or by phone, within our hours.
- We arrange the auditA technician is booked to walk the site at a time that suits your trading hours.
- The site is auditedEntry points, harbourage, waste and delivery areas, and your existing pest records are checked.
- You receive a written scopeA numbered site plan, the monitoring layout, a visit frequency set by risk, and the programme price, set out in writing for you to approve.
- The programme startsOnce the service agreement is signed, visits run to schedule, each followed by a written report.
Who carries out the work
Site audits, written quotes and scheduled service visits are delivered by an independent Auckland pest management business we work with. Your request reaches that business directly, and your service agreement is held with it.

Request a site audit. A technician walks the site and checks the records your verifier or committee will ask for. You receive a written scope with a monitoring layout and a quoted visit schedule.
